Our new server setup company seems to be infinitely better than the old one. They confirmed my purchase within an hour, directed me to open a support ticket and responded to that ticket within another hour (no work has been done yet, but at least they acknowledged my ticket). Work should begin soon and we'll see how fast they can get things done. I'll work to install Invision Power Board later tonight or tomorrow morning and then start the arduous task of moving everything over server to server (smilies, skins, avatars, photos, etc.).

But things are finally moving again.
