Unfortunately, whatever Invision did, it didn't work. With just 34 users online everything slowed to a halt. Therefore, the boards are back offline again. I'm looking into two other dedicated server solutions (The Planet or LiquidWeb) and if we can get one of those servers ordered and running quickly, I can move everything over quite easily (or so I hope) - now that our database has been converted, I'd just have to reinstall the software over there and start uploading the database and such.
Sorry all. I thought we'd be fine once we got up and running - I don't know why everything is so slow since we haven't moved servers and the old forum worked (some of the time).

Good luck on getting new hosting managed by people who are on the ball. I as afraid it would come to this. But hey, at least DNSes refresh every 30 minutes now instead of every day [or so]. Might have the ole gal up and runnin' better than she ever has before in no time.
What can I say? I'm optimistic.

Blake - my company relys on technology and the need for perfect running servers. I understand how frustrating this can be. Please don't give up! We really do appreciate everything that you have been doing and continue to do for us and the site. :notworthy:
