SD-1.net seems to be responding pretty slowly. A support ticket has been put in with our hosting company.

Still working on getting all of our network back up. No new news...

SD-6/SD-5/SD-1.com are down for scheduled maintenance and should be back up within an hour.

We are working to get SD-6/SD-5 back up and running.

Great news for Alias fans - AllAlias is back online today as well. Charlie sent this out just a couple hours ago:

AllAlias.com is back again; although we are still uploading some user uploads.

Things are somewhat back to normal at SD-1.net - the new home of SD-1.com. I've gotten a lot of the smilies uploaded again, avatars are starting to show up again for the members and the discussion has picked up again. At this very moment, there are over 200 users online, so, if you haven't checked SD-1.net lately, stop on by and help us pick up where we left off.

According to my hosting provider, the database has been successfully imported - however, I am stuck at work for another hour or two, so when I get home, I'll make some tweaks to the skin, the setup, etc. and open the board to the public. We're finally getting somewhere and sometime tonight, we should be online. Finally...good news.

We are still working on getting the forum back online, but I just wanted to update those of you who visit AllAlias.com - this message was just posted to the AllAlias discussion list:

Immediately upon opening up (in the middle of the day) we were using quadruple the server resources and eight times the memory we were supposed to be using. So we have to move again. I’ve changed the domain name to an old account of mine (it will take 24 hours to show up) where I will display a message until we find a more permanent host.

Welcome to our new blogger layout, which will make it easier to update SD-3.com as to the status of the SD-Network (I can now update from anywhere). I have replaced the "error" page at sd-1.net with a redirect to sd-1.com. I am working with support technicians to get the forums back up and running, but due to a software configuration error on the server, we ran into some problems while trying to import the database.
